Refund policy

Ellekay LLC is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below to see if you may be eligible for a refund.

You can request a refund under the following conditions:

• Incorrect Items: If you have received an incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will promptly address your refund request after approval.

• Damaged or Defective Items: Should your item be damaged or defective, we urge you to contact us for evaluation and we will determine the eligibility for a refund considering external factors.

Please note that there are some items we cannot refund:

• Any sale items

• Items purchased through special promotions

• Purchases made with gift cards or discount codes

To initiate a refund, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@myellekay.com with your order details and the issue you've encountered.

2. Provide photographic evidence in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

3. Wait for our Customer Support team to respond with approval and further instructions.

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

1. The refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. The product remains sealed and is in its original factory condition.

3. After reviewing your refund request, our team has approved it based on the policy terms.

The following are specific exceptions to our general refund policy:

• Sale items, promotional items, and items purchased with a discount are not eligible for a refund.

• Items bought with gift cards or promotional codes are exempt from our refund policy.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your refund request has been approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days

• The refund will be credited back to your original payment method

• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

• Ellekay LLC is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Requests to cancel a subscription, or to refund a subscription order, must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled subscription order. Requests made less than 48 hours before the next scheduled order may not take effect until the following billing cycle, and the pending order may still be processed, charged, and shipped.
